31/7/24 Owner: Not interested in selling at moment **

16/10 Sarah: Spoke to them in May and they were doing renovations. Calling them tomorrow to see how they are going.


7/2/24 Sarah :  Please note we have attempted to contact Chris 3 times, each time being unsuccessful. We sent him through a price report in December 2023 via email and have attempted to call him to discuss this report, also without success.


22/11- Sarah sent market appraisal will follow up

13/9/23 Johnson:  YES spoke to owner was honest told him you are limiting the market to investors as cant get the tenants out will send him CMA take it from there.

2/11/23 Sarah: Tried to call again to check in but no answer.

12/9 Sarah tried to make contact. Spoke to Chris, said he has changed his mind for now after receiving multiple price reports from other agents.
