28/02/24 Kean called in and gave me the information as to how JRE came to make the sale and it was not through our lead however a bizarre set of circumstances where the ex husband engaged one of his agents after she sold his girlfriends home. Diedre did not want anything to do with Kean when he approached her. So to keep the working relationship with WREA Kean has agreed to a 10% referral fee.
