26/4/24 - No. The people in her house have ignored a County Court eviction order so now going to a warrant stage is underway

25/1/24 - A case is going before the County Court in 8th February as the relatives in my Mum's house have not vacated. The house can't be sold until they have vacated. They will be given 3 months to vacate so it will be probably at least 3 months before it can go on the market.
