As of now I am in touch with Jade Shani of Urban Realty. But still considering whether to go for sale or as an investment property. Will take a decision in a month or so.

 I only contacted Urban habitat and Team Bremner. Both came but only Jade of Urban habitat gave a report. Team Bremner just wasted our time and never got back for some reason. At this point I haven't decided yet because I will have to wait atleast until March 2024 during which my new house will get finished. Thank you.

Aaron mailed me but I think at this stage the appraisal by Jade is ok If I feel I need yet another appraisal from a different agent, then I will contact him.

JADE -APR 24 -Possibly leaning more towards renting out now, not yet decided still not ready.

 They are building another home and expecting that home to be at lock up stage by end of December to Feb depending how slow the build process is. The plan is to vacate this property and sell vacant so just pending this other build completion, set follow up for December. 

 jI contacted Jade Shani and she's coming over to inspect on Thursday this week. I will contact others in a couple of days.
