29/11/23- Joe: The vendor has spoken to his ex-partner, and they have decided to wait until the new year to see what the market is doing then.

I have asked him if I can take a few buyers through and see if I can sell the property off market before the new year.

He is open to it; however I haven’t taken anybody through yet.

I asked him about signing an authority and he said at this stage there is no need, and he promises me that he will be selling with me when the time is right.

If I get any buyers through and sell the property off market, I will let you know 😊28/11/23- AS Selected 2 sent to Joe for an update did he list?

Joe: A builder was meant to go and meet Sid last week and didn't show. I will be speaking to him again on Saturday to find out when we can put the property on the market.

26/9/23 JOE; The tenant has vacated 😊 his ex-wife is now in the property and will be there until 18th November.

I haven’t signed an authority yet.

He is a really nice guy
