20/3/23- I have been marketing this home for $620,000 and the property is now under contract for $637,000. Sales agency was done at 2.5%  settlement is 19th of April 2024.

21/2/24 Hi Yian I spoke to your house inspector and the appliances are going in over the next week. I am booked to go through the house hand over with him on the 29/2 at 9.30am.Then I will organise photos and marketing of the home and keep in touch with you.kind regards

Have a great day,6/2/24-Hi Vicki the builder is doing the finishing touches and I should get the keys to start the marketing of the home in the next couple of weeks.I now have a signed sales agency .Sale price will be $620,000 and the commission is 2.5% of the gross sale price inclusive of 10% gst.

 8/9/23 David Washington: Yes I took more the vendor yesterday. The property should be ready Dec January

20/9 David: Hi Vicki I have visited the home and been in touch with the owner. This new build is still 2-3 months away from being finished being built.I am appraising the home closer to completion of the home.kind regards

18/9/23 I received a message and email from Ross Whiston a few hours after we spoke on the phone. So I have passed over relevant informations regarding my property to him. And later that day I got an email from David Washington enquiring the selling of my property. Am I to go with him as well or should I just stay with Ross. First time selling a property here and haven’t a clue as to what to do next. Do let me know please thanks.
