31/01/19: (last phone call w/ vendor) Vendor mentioned all agents have been in contact and appraised, however, he is not looking to sell now until Christmas - Maybe the new year.
14/05/18: John emailed, "He is disappointed that the value of the property is less than he paid & wants a guide of selling costs as he does not want to lose too much. He is contemplating trying to sell the property privately to reduce his loss. I will email him a marketing appraisal & let you know if we list the property."
