19/9/23-Thanks Georgia but I’ve decided not to sell until I find something. The 2 properties I’ve loved have both been low balled to me and when I found out the real prices they’re both out of my range. I’m looking to spend around 4. My place is worth 5.5. -6. I’m looking for a house or NOT an apartment. 2 br plus studio, parking and outdoor areas.
