Sale price: $550,000

- Commission percentage rate agreed with vendor (inc. GST): 2.5%

- Total gross commission (inc GST): $13,750.00

- WREA 20% amount: $2,750.00 less $392 marketing = 2358 (pls check my cals Mari - ta nat)

- Settlement date: 21/12/23 


I also paid $392 for marketing - I would assume this also comes off the original commission amount? Please Advise.


Please make the due date 22/12/23, as we wont receive the funds until late in the day on the 21/12/23.

Hi natalie. Unfortunately only one agent has been in touch. Belinda. She was lovely and I really like her (will probably go with her) but I would still like to talk to and compare other agents. Not even ray white (the current property manager) had gotten back to me. 😳 but maybe being a long weekend in qld there might be a few who took the opportunity to take a couple of an leave days for an extra long weekend. 😁
