17/11/23 William called in and it was defintely a pre existing
17/11/23 left vm for both Vendor and William Josh Feegan in QLD sent it to them first sometime before we sent it.
10/11/23 Received email from William claiming that he had received this from an agent in QLD however we sent referral 1 week earlier and emailed him back with dates
07/11/23 sold coms sent to vendor and invoice info to agent
