7/11/25-  ANTHONY: This one has been a little problematic with pest and building issues.

We have had two buyers rescind contracts during cooling off periods. 

We finally sold it for the third time however the owners decided to withdraw the home and fix the issues. 

They will re-list the property once the issues have been sorted.

9/2/24=Hi Vicki, I'm well, I hope you're well too. No unfortunately it won't be coming to market soon. We have extensive renovations with termite damage to the home. It's a long way off before being able to go to market. Thanks.Yes definitely! We are going to project manger the entire renovation. It's about $26K but the owner needs to move out first before we can start.

Gary phoned and left message 4/10//Meeting Thursday 5/10Hi Vicky a quick update I meet with Mereoni yesterday and had a tour thru the property it’s a home renovator . She said to reach out to the ex husband I have had no luck as yet I have also sent a text . I will continue to follow this up . I suggested maybe Auction as it does need a lot of work .
