16/10/23 - failed as do not believe we can help De, she is known in the area by local agents, has unrealistic expectations, and has a list longer than my arm of agents "not to use" including any men.. also not very nice to the agents that do contact - calling them spiteful for wanting advertising costs when she has already paid (through other agents) been trying to sell for years...
