28/10/24 The lead then came through LAF as a sale lead to my agent Noah, who listed and sold it. Unfortunately the deposit has already been leased to the owners, part of which also paid for the LAF lead fee. ☹
But it seems there was no connection between the vendors rental research and selling plans
