C21 pre-existing -Please be advised that I have been in communication with Stephan since 8/4/2019 and have been texting him throughout including emails and texts in September. (only a snap shot is provided of our communication, as the historical list of activity is extensive.

Stephan called me on the 12th October – see screenshot below. Josh also appraised his property over the phone on the 12th October also (providing an update) as we have been appraising his property over the years.
