23/10/2023 - Helene: 147 Blackstone Road, Silkstone. We have consulted with our Principles regarding taking on the property with the Commercial aspect, being the Fish and Chip Store and Business associated, and sadly we have had a ruling in the office that residential Agents cannot sell Commercial. We did take the opportunity to our Commercial Division in the hopes to keep the listing with First National Ipswich and honor the referral fee, who declined the opportunity sadly. We have to thank you for the lead Mark and unfortunately we cannot move forward with 147 Blackstone Road, Silkstone.
