7/3/24 We hope to have a contract signed by end of next week. $1.4M we will let you know.
9/2/24-Smith’s bought off the plan, building and almost complete. Settlement is Mid March.
We have a buyer lined up deposit paid. But we can not sign contracts until titles have been issued and the property is in Smiths name.
Smiths are stoked with the service so far.
