Aaron: 18/10/23. he said: he will come back to me if going to sell. he is going to meet his fin adviser soon. i've since called him and text him a few times to see if has spoken to his fin advisor and to follow him up but he hasnt responded yet. i'll let you know as i hear back from him. he sounded impressed of my knowledge of the building as we sold the sentinel building off the plan. i also sold a unit in this building last week which i have sent him. Robert: We sent him a desktop appraisal a couple of weeks ago.
Tried to follow up since then and no response.
