1/11/24 Kinchella boys home in Sydney has had interest but very hard to get hold of have organised a meeting with solicitor onsite 20th November.
20/9/24- On another issue, I do have an offer coming through for 3 Rudder Street.
The offer is at the top of the range $1.7m.
I am expecting a written offer early next week so will keep you posted.

7/2/24  The property is now listed and receiving inquiries 1st FaceTime viewing yesterday. Price guide $1.6m to $1.75m


08/12/23 Geoff called in to find out how the payment process worked and Veronica explained it to him and any further questions to call us 
6/12/23 Geoff: Met with Fran insite yesterday. Appraisal being forwarded today. She has appointed me as her agent to sell the property. Will forward to Agenxy Agreement in the coming days.

8/11/23- Geoff: I have been on-site, the vendor’s mother is very ill - just passed away. Just waiting to update her.

27/10/23 CLIENT: had to reschedule her appts with agents as her mother dying in hospital
