Confirming I met with Rachel and her brother John last Saturday for the appraisal.



I have since followed up earlier this week and am hoping to hear from them sometime next week once they have finished painting internally.


I will certainly keep you posted on how I progress!- I have just spoken to Rachel and have arranged to meet her on Saturday at 11:30am for the appraisal.
