SHAWN - Juliana has signed an off market authority with an agent who said they could sell it without the advertising fee. She has been unsuccessful more than once so this is her preferred method for the moment. She asked me to touch base again soon to check in on the progress and she may actively try to sell again.



JESIKA -The property is tenanted, the vendor just wanted a desktop and hasn't been particularly open to communication at this stage.
