Robbie: No update. Said she wanted a little extra info so gave her a conveyancers info. Nothing back from now

17/06/2024 - Cat: I have been speaking with Judith since the lead came through. She has always replied. a couple of weeks ago I had received the tenants details from her for me to contact on the following Monday for her and I to pop out and walk through with properties together before going to market around the end of June. On the Monday she said due to personal reasons she had to put the inspections on hold and she would come back to me. I, a week later just reached out gently to touch base as I hadn't heard from her and have not had a reply. This was last Wednesday.

Cat: the owner said she is giving the tenants 6 months before she sells. That's the last update I had from the owner.

Brodie: As far as I'm aware the client is gathering info on having the title split so we can sell one side of the duplex at a time. Still some time away from signing up but seems comfortable with all of the info I've sent through. I think it will likely be a form 6 for Jan 2024 👍

Robert: Not yet mate. Nothing from back from the vendor

24/10/2023 - Brodie: has spoken with vendor - provided info on selling separately or in 1 x lot.
