Hi Natalie, Yes I've spoken to Gloria. The appraisal is booked in for Thursday as that was the earliest the tenant would allow access.

Matt - She's just after a desktop appraisal, and not sure if she wants to sell. I think after I give her the realistic price (that market is unfortunately saturated) she may not want to sell, but I'll keep you posted!
JAMES -Never heard back from Auburn drive after an initial conversation and just sent a message to her again, unfortunately Sunraysia highway was very lack lustre and stuffed us around and was not selling.
