30/1/24- My problem is that I would feel more comfortable selling first then purchasing another property but the market is so tight it’s pretty much impossible to do that at the moment.

If I do see something I would contact Tim Thredgold to sell my home. 

23/11/23 AS2 sent to agents for update 

Sarah: We have viewed the property, we have provided a proposal, our recommendations and trade details to assist with those recommendations


Vera has informed us that she won't be making a decision until the new year.31/10 Sarah Sheppard:  We are booked to see Vera Thursday 2nd Nov

30/10/23- Thank you for the lead. We tried Vera yesterday and again just now leaving messages. Will reach out again in Monday if she doesn't call back in the meantime.
