Client is Melbourne based and needs to find a property manager that is on top of her needs, (She was with LJ Hooker Gungahlin for 12 years before she changed due to level of service deteriorating) She is now not satisfied with Stone Real estate and wants to look to change.
6 month lease re signed in August this year.
A few issues with the agency, they were delayed in inspecting the property after they took over therefore delayed in signing lease with tenant, was supposed to be December 23 but got it signed Feb 24.
Client also feels they did not push enough to increase the rent as she felt it was under rented.
Also, she feels their payment system not regular they missed an entire month to her due to tech issues, etc.
