23/2/24 James:  Sadly the land industry is very quiet.



Been minimal inquiry, but this is on all land unfortunately.

3/1/24 Yeah it’s the toughest estate to sell in especially land wise, the developer is very difficult to work with..

2/1/24 James: This has not gone LIVE as there is a covenant within that Estate that you can’t go LIVE nor put a board up.


We have it on our Land Sales database with over 380 builders state wide.


That’s all we can do unfortunately..Sales Progress Last Checked - 27/12 Off Market
