The three lots of land are located at Midgegooroo Avenue, Lot 109, 110 and 111 located at same site as the new Dockers stadium currently under construction.
It is still at a very prelim stage, we are looking at approximately 300 plus over units of apartments and ground commercial in total for the 3 lots. The development will be in three phases. First phase will commence in 2018 target completion is 2020.
