We are now unconditional at $2.85M with settlement 15th May.




An update, I have a Form 6 executed, not for a campaign online at this stage as I have a buyer off-market who has made an offer and we are almost there.. will let you know how it goes.DANIEN

TRACY - NOV 23 - Thanks for your follow up. I've been in touch with Jill. I've spoken to her on the phone and emailed her no appraisal at this stage. She is getting her deck done and probably not looking at doing anything until the new year. I've scheduled to call her again in another few weeks.Jill was on our database but had no recent contact with her.

NOV KATE - Yes we have , we are meeting Wednesday 29th , they have been doing some last minute renovation
