25/11/2024 - Aminah: Desktop appraisal provided and acknowledged by Cathy Colley. Offered to update when we can actually access the property for accurate appraisal.

Vendor did not want to go on the market publicly. Decided to approach the agent who had the listing next door to try to dovetail that sale to get inspections.
