22/11/23- Denise Quick *** I did have the chance to meet with Robyn. She informed me that she was intending to DIY sell and was just wanting an agent to tell her how much she should ask for the property.





I then spent significant time with her educating her on why not to DIY sell and what she needed to do compliancy wise to get her property ready for sale.




She has since sent me a text message saying “Thank you. I have learnt a lot from you. I am not going to proceed with your appointment however.”22/11 Client said comms were high but the agents think she used them for pricing and she said to them will be following different channels DYI******
