Vanessa -SEPT 24 - Hi Natalie, not yet, I need to move back in before trying to sell. Waiting for my tenants to move out 😃



 jan 24  Hi Natalie, both agents advised me not to sell until I am closer to end of lease for my tenants, as my home is on acres and anyone that buys it won't be buying it as an investment but rather an owner occupier and my tenants are in there till sept 2024. Agents have diarised to reach out to me closer to that date.
