Ben: No nothing. There had been multiple places on the market all at once in that complex and the prices advertised would mean she would loose money. She said she wanted to wait.

I have tried reaching out a few times over the past couple of months but she has not replied.

10/07/2024 - Lucas: Unfortunately I have not been able to make contact with this client.

9/07/2024 - Ben Jensen for Alex: Alex is away at the moment. I am still working with Merilim. She is waiting for a couple of the other townhouses in the complex to sell before she lists.I believe she was heading to Europe for a few weeks, I will follow her up again at the end of the month.

Alex: Thanks for reaching out. Yes we have spoken to Mereilim a couple of times last week via calls and text. We plan on catching up with her on Thursday this week to run through our proposal and answer any questions.I gave her a follow up call this morning to confirm a time but left a message. I will let you know how we go
