TIM - JUN 24 - Thanks for the contact. I returned from Europe last week and have signed up with Kathy Walker to sell 59 Rutley Crescent. I interviewed both before I went, and Kathy was far more thorough in her appraisal of the property and gave useful advice on things to fix (and ones not so important) most of which I completed before I left. We will go on the market next week.

JAN24 - Yes He has had an appraisal done but won't be selling for several more months. More like May 2024

Hi Natalie, Lucy, here from Ray White Echuca. Just letting you know I have been to see Tim yesterday and have appraised his home. He is a really lovely gentleman. He does not want ot sell his home till about April/May 2024. I have forwarded him an online appraisal and will follow up later today.
