NOT A CLIENT WE WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS BUILDING HAS A LOT OF ISSUES NOT SALEABLE STRATE LEVIES ARE HIGH.

The building has just been hit with major special levies so it's likely to be a tough sell.
27/2/24 CLIENT CALLED IN TO SAY NOT HAPPY WITH JOE HE PROMISED THEM 900K FOR THIS ONE AND HE COULD SELL OFF MARKET B4 CHRISTMAS WILL NOT BE USING HIM AND MAY GO TO DEPT OF FAIR TRADING (NCAT)
