Difficult - failed, has been in touch with everybody, no-one willing to take it on re price expectations
Has been in touch with all Wentworth Falls agencies, also Brenden Purcell, Alan Gregory - Blackheath, Colin Reed, R&W, Bianca Brown. - common issue: they want $2.15M, won't budge - agents estimate approx $1.3M. "They don't want an agent that will try talk them down"\
