7/12/23- Spoke with Janiene 10 minutes ago, taken a while but got there. She gave me the run down on her situation and won’t be doing anything till sorted with the ex, which I’m thinking will take a while as all bitter right now. Anyway, contact has been made and I’m confident of been invited to appraise when the dust has settled.
