HUGH - Mimmi appraised - has a few things to do and will be looking to lease end March. When I asked if he wanted to speak to the agents later in March he said no he can take it from here. 

Karen - FEB 24 - Hi Natalie despite several emails the owner has not proceeded, I haven’t received a response to my latest one ; he did receive our proposal perhaps has listed with another agent or still deciding … not sure thank you for followup

MIMMA -APR 24 - I have been in discussions with the Owners and still conducting maintenance before moving out. Should be sometime in May

FEB24 - Hope that is the case, I just believe they are not quite ready he is a FIFO busy life and property needs work. Also they have purchased the other property which also needs work.

Anticipating once they are ready they will be in touch and can then advise.FEB 24 - My understanding with these landlords they have lots of work to ensure property is ready for lease so may be end of March.

JAN 24 - Update to advise I have scheduled appointment to meet with Hugh early February to inspect the property.

 Appraisal was completed for the property the day I received the lead and spoke to Hugh. He advised he has purchased 122 Hensman Rd Subiaco and waiting to get finance approval. He called me back requesting If I provide him a rental appraisal letter for the mortgage broker for Aberdare which was provided. He indicated he wasn't going to be ready for lease until a few months.
