SHONA - Spoke with Rob - they've just purchased the property, pending settlement which is currently due around the 15th Dec (unconditional). They're planning on converting the theatre into a 4th bedroom and installing a gate for the driveway. Eventually they will move into this property and get their current property up to a rentable standard. Sending proposal today.


DEB - Hi Natalie, I spoke with him on Tuesday evening and emailed him our digital proposal immediately after. A follow up voicemail was left on Wednesday afternoon with another call scheduled for this afternoon. He's viewed the proposal 8 times so seems engaged. I'll let you know how things progress.
