Hey Natalie, Yes - Giuseppe called me the very next day but I didn't hear from James - possibly because I don't answer 'private' numbers? I might have just let his call go... I'll check for messages - probably all my fault...

I did however, have yet another personal hello and 'Season's Greetings' from Chris Koudair (Laing and Simmons Pennant Hills) on his private mobile. Nice touch, but we have been in contact with each other for about 4 years now! (Emma and I were kind of stuck in the NT working and then we were All in lock down, so we couldn't return to prepare for a sale in Sydney anyway!)

Did Vicki tell you that she also called me (but I missed it) just before your call? I hadn't even left the computer. Now that is excellent service. Such a quick response. (I must have put in two requests, as the webpage didn't seem to make it obvious that my first request was processed... oops!)

I'm happy to keep you informed, but am a bit slack with emails. Sorry that it took a while for me to reply. Christmas I guess will slow things down now?

He told me Emma has a long existing relationship with a Century 21 agent already and are not considering us. I tried to get in front of them to change their mind but no luck.
