5/12/23- Thank you for recommending Lachlan Sylvia from Ballarat Real Estate. I had an appointment with him yesterday, very easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted to achieve from sale.
Even though I have decided not to sell at this time, I hope in about 6 months I will revisit selling (hopefully market a little better) and will certainly contact Lachlan, for his advice.
