1/12/2023 - Lucy: Tim the vendor is a long way off from selling his home. It will most definitely be around the middle of next year. There is a lot of work to be done to the home before it goes on the market. He is currently prepping the home for painting. It needs a good clean, floorboards need polishing, decluttering and a lot of work inside and out. He is lovely gentleman and I will provide him with an appraisal early next week. He is not in a hurray.
