When I spoke to you yesterday, I mentioned that I was in touch with Rick Woodward from the Agency, however I had also previously done a Google search of houses sold in Middle Cove and as you will see from the attached hand written notes, that I had identified Craige Ireson as the most successful agent for Middle Cove, but have not yet spoken to him, but was planning on doing so.
