1. 78 St Vincent place north Albert park - owner occupied, Marshall white recently did a kerbside and valued it at 15mill,
2. 13 Dundas Place Albert Park- which is a 3 bedroom Victorian Terrace currently rented, lease finished in November and its a month to month lease (rented thru Belle Property) he thinks its between 3.5-3.8 mill
Would like an estimate on both properties, he has a business venture that he is working on and if it goes ahead will be selling one of the two properties, most likely Dundas street.
Pls call him next Wednesday at 1pm for discussions as he is still on leave this week.
