Stuart: I inspected the property on January the 17th and sent the report and I have not heard a thing since. They bought it in the peak of Covid and the value of it now is worth exactly what they paid for it.

11/01/2023 - Matt: Just did an appraisal with him over the Phone. I wasn't able to secure the business on the spot as I know he wanted to do his due diligence, however we have booked to talk in a week as that will give him the time he needs. Quietly confident I will land it just needed to give him some space to do his homework. I'll update you guys when I speak with him next.1
