We have a four bedroom, 2 bathroom house on 2 1/2 acres in 85 Sunnybrae Circuit Redridge 4660. It's a modern country home partially renovated with a new 7' x 4' deck out the front.
We have had an appraisal from Daniel and Rhys from Harcourt Childers last week, and wasn't very impressed with the 3% plus approximately $1500 in advertising etc fees. Looking to see if there is a better deal available please.
