07/02/20 - Emailed vendor to see if selling, no response
* * * * * * * No communication with vendor from this date
04/02/19 - Spoke to vendor - advised he is not selling due to the slump in the market. He said to call him back when the market picks up.
28/05/18 - Spoke to vendor who mentioned agents have been in contact for both properties owned. He is putting them on hold for the moment as he will not get what he wants for either property inn this current market. Noted I would follow up again in a few months time.
24/05/18 - Agents Joseph and Michael accepted the referral
