Patrick: I’ve spoken to Tym and sent a proposal off. Unfortunately he’s very optimistic on his price and chasing a cheap agent and low cost. I’ve put a proposal forward and been as sharp as I can. I believe he’s reached out to two other agents also. I’ll let you know how it goes
