11/2/26 - Oliver: - I have received a total of 3 leads from you in the last three years none of which have actually ended up deciding to sell yet to date. I would have thought that leads that are three years old wouldn’t still warrant me paying a fee as a lot happens in three years.

Can you please confirm for me your terms and conditions regarding this as to expect payment for a lead sent that wasn’t a seller and three years later still isn’t a seller is not something I'm interested in as realistically I would have made contact sometime in the past couple of years on my own anyway.

17/10/2024 - Chris: I have spoken with Peter a few times but he is just waiting to see what his daughter is doing to see where she will move to and decide then if he will move closer to her or not as she would be leaving Sydney. He is also not sure if he will sell or rent out the home.

2/07/2024 - Chris: I am in with regular contract, still undecided if he will sell or rent.

28/05/2024 0 Chris: I called this client again but things are still on hold until he figures out where his kids are moving to.

5/04/2024 - Chris: I have spoken with the client a few times as we sold a property behind them lately, but they are undecided if they will sell or rent the property out but might be doing something around August.

30/03/2024 - UD to agents

Oliver: Their daughter is also selling a property locally with one of my competitors who is a friend of the daughter. They will wait for her to sell prior to putting theirs on the market. I will let you know if there is any update but they haven’t decided on an agent yet as far as I’m aware.

Natalie: yes we visited the property late Friday afternoon - Sending a proposal to them today

Oliver: I appraised Peter's property but he won't be selling for a few months I will let you know if I secure the listing when he is ready to sell.
