I had called Bernadette but no answer. Also, I have this lot already through another agent for sale that we have been trying to sell but the price is too high. I think you had mentioned $250k in your referral note but it is actually $350k
I'll try calling her again, but to be honest we will struggle to sell this lot at the purchased price in Beveridge.
