24/1/24 Hi Vicki yes Matthew Mifsud called me. We had AGM last night to discuss further renovations which would amount to $2mil. Unfortunately the owners including myself voted against it. So Strata will convene another meeting soon to work out whether to provide an increase in quarterly levies. So at present everything is up in the air until problems are resolved. Cannot put in the market right now. Told Matthew about it and he understood.
