Michael -FEB 24 - Vendor is weighing up options on selling based on other factors related to her mother's property.JAN 24 -  putting the sale on hold has too much going on at the moment

ANDREW - I had figured that the owner had gone with another agent – Kristy called me in January after I first presented and told me that she was going with me and to send through the authority. She then called a few days later to say that they were putting the sale on hold until they sold her mother’s apartment first. I remained in contact with her, and she called a few weeks back to say that they were ready to sell, and I sent through an updated authority. She then emailed the next day to say that they had some stipulations regarding listing the property, and I had no issue with any of these, and we arranged to meet at the apartment the following week. After meeting at the apartment I called a few times to over the next week to try confirm if she wished to proceed, however, Kristy did not answer or return my calls, so I knew that she had changed her mind for some reason on listing the property with me.
